The mayor Dr. Fernando participated, in this Monday, 04/07, of the ceremony in which the president Dilma Rouseff signed the contract of the concession of the Tancredo Neves International Airport in which the BH Airport consortium is going to operate.
The Integrated Open University of Minas Gerais (UAITEC) in Lagoa Santa was inaugurated on the last Friday, 21/03, and was attended by municipal and state authorities and the students of the institution. The distance learning unit is working at Tristão Mariano Street, 145, in the Várzea district, at the same place of the former CVT, which was transformed in UAITEC.

“Today, the city of Lagoa Santa has the capacity to realize most of the health exams needed by the population. Only the most complex exams have to be realized in other cities, only around 4 or 5 kinds”.
